Yes. Untick "Adapt the hairstyle to the era" before launching the portrait. If the option stays ticked, the hairstyle is adapted to the era but your hair colour is kept.
Yes. From the result, click "Another era" and choose a new one: it is applied to the same photo without uploading it again. All portraits of a photo are grouped together.
