The number of credits depends on the chosen plan. It is clearly shown on the confirmation screen before launching. Your available credits are visible at any time in your account.
If a film fails, delete it from your library and resubmit the same photo. If the problem persists, make sure your photo meets the accepted formats and maximum size (JPG, PNG, WEBP, 20 MB max).
