Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of credits and access to the AI services offered by G.R, Sole Proprietor, whose registered office is located at Paris. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Service Description
Kits AI offers AI-powered automated processing tools: audio transcription, portrait animation (Live Portrait), and AI-assisted video editing (Studio). These services are accessible online after creating an account and purchasing credits.
Pricing and Credits
Services are payable in prepaid credits. Current rates are displayed on the site's pricing page. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once consumed. Prices are shown in euros, VAT included.
Payment
Payment is made online by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. The transaction is charged immediately upon credit purchase. No banking data is stored on our servers.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent. Credits used to start a processing job are therefore non-refundable. For unused credits, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of purchase via the contact page.
Liability
The services provided use state-of-the-art AI models, but no guarantee of result is offered. The publisher cannot be held responsible for processing errors, unsatisfactory results, or file loss due to external causes. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount of credits consumed for the service in question.
Intellectual Property
The user retains full ownership of the files they submit and the results generated by the services. They guarantee that they hold the necessary rights over the uploaded source files. The publisher reserves the right to use data in an anonymized manner for model improvement purposes, unless the user expressly objects.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office.
