Deleting your data
You can delete your KitsAI account and its associated data at any time, whichever sign-in method you use: email, Google or Facebook.
Delete your account from KitsAI
- Sign in to kitsai.fr with the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile.
- Click “Delete my account”, type the confirmation word, then confirm. You will be asked to authenticate again (password, Google or Facebook).
Data deleted
Your profile (name, email address, photo), the files you uploaded, your creations and your task history. Remaining credits are not refunded. Billing data may be kept for the period required by our legal obligations.
Timing
Deletion becomes permanent 30 days after your request. During that period, you can cancel it by signing back in to your account.
Account connected with Facebook
Deleting your KitsAI account deletes the data we received from Facebook (name, email address, profile picture). You can also remove KitsAI's access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove KitsAI.
Can't sign in anymore?
Send us a deletion request through the contact form, including the email address associated with your account.
